Events

This project implements a text-independent speaker identification system in MATLAB. The system is based on Mel-scale cepstrum coefficient feature vectors and Gaussian mixture speaker models. The performance of the system is evaluated with a set of speech recordings from 22 different speakers; the best accuracy achieved is 91%.
