The project is aimed at implementing a web based system for the "Budget Amendment Form" used by all the departments in the College of Arts & Sciences. The current version of the form is MS Excel based. In the Excel-based version, each department submits an Excel sheet with filled-in amendment to the College Financial Officer. The process is very cumbersome because more often than not, there are errors in the sheet. The College Financial Officer corrects them or points them out. All this takes place via email. The project is a web-based finance system for a non-profit organization (OCEF - Oversea China Education Foundation). It provides the reimbursement, disbursement, and examine services. So, users can use the system with limitation to submit vouchers, examine requests, view status, etc. | ||
