NeuronBank is a web-based tool for cataloging, searching, and analyzing neuronal circuitry. The objective of this master's project is to upgrade NeuronBank v1.0, which was built on Sun Studio, to NeuronBank v1.5, which is developed on NetBeans to make use of the new development packages provided by the environment and to fix bugs existing in the old version. | ||
