4-th International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and Applications
May 6-9, 2008
Department of Computer Science, Georgia State University
Atlanta, Georgia
The International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and Applications (ISBRA) provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and results among researchers, developers, and practitioners working on all aspects of bioinformatics and computational biology and their applications. The first three editions enjoyed a great success. Full versions of selected ISBRA papers have been published in special issues of Springer LNCS Transactions on Computational Systems Biology, IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience, and IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.
ISBRA 2008 proceedings is published in the Springer Verlag Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics series. As in previous years, it is anticipated that a special issue of a major bioinformatics journal will be devoted to extended versions of best symposium papers.
