Welcome to ISBRA 2011

The short abstracts are available online!

The International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and Applications (ISBRA) provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and results among researchers, developers, and practitioners working on all aspects of bioinformatics and computational biology and their applications. Submissions presenting original research are solicited in all areas of bioinformatics and computational biology, including the development of experimental or commercial

systems (for topics, see Call for Papers (PDF)).

We seek two categories of submissions: extended abstracts of up to 12 pages and short abstracts of up to 4 pages (in Springer-Verlag’s LNCS format). Both types of submissions must be made electronically by following the instructions at:
http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isbra2011i

Accepted extended abstracts will be published prior to the symposium in Springer-Verlag’s Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics series and presented orally at the symposium. Accepted short abstracts will be published at F1000 and presented orally or as a poster.

As in previous years, full versions of selected extended and short abstracts will be invited to peer-reviewed special issues of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics and BMC Bioinformatics.

Extend the life of your poster

ISBRA 2011, in cooperation with Faculty of 1000 (http://f1000.com/), invites poster presenters at this meeting to deposit their buy cialis poster(s) into the new open access poster repository, F1000 Posters (http://posters.f1000.com/) to enable those who could not make the meeting to see your novel work. F1000’s expert Faculty of 10,000 members will then view these submissions to identify those they wish to select for positive evaluation in the award winning F1000 service. To deposit your poster, simply go to http://posters.f1000.com/deposit and upload your poster file.
